Health Tests

The required test information for the Bitch and Stud are Brucellosis and OFA.

Our European Stud Dogs have all required and the optional health tests performed before they are used for breeding. We encourage all Dobermann breeders to health test their breeding stock and strive not only for correct conformation and working temperament but aim for excellenance in health standards.

The Brood Bitch must be tested for BRUCELLA CANIS and x-rayed for dysplasia and carry an OFA certification or veterinarian's certificate that she is free of dysplasia. Optional but strongly recommended tests are Thyroid, CERF (eye test), and heart screenings.

Health test ALL things possible before you breed.

Location

We are located in the US. All are welcome to visit and see our standing-at-stud Dobermanns. Or you may ship your bitch to our place for breeding. Alternately, you may have our stud dog's semen shipped to the bitch at her location. In the event of a breeding done by other than natural means, payment in advance for the stud fee and all out-of-pocket expenses of the stud owner will be required. An International Airport is within easy driving distance to our kennel.

BRUCELLA CANIS

The owner of the bitch shall furnish the following information from a state certified veterinarian before the breeding will be made to our Stud dogs. Immunized for DHL, Rabies, and Parvovirus, free of parasites, and carry an OFA certification.

THE BITCH MUST BE TESTED FOR BRUCELLA CANIS AND ANY VAGINAL INFECTION NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO MATING AND OR SHIPPING.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Contract

A written & signed Stud Service Contract is required before the breeding can take place. This Agreement covers the stud fee, refund policy,and responsiblity for a return service. Required health test information from the bitch's owner must be furnished BEFORE the mating.
It's important the bitch owner understands and agrees to the specifictions of this contract.
